Refunds and Exchanges Policy

At Al Manhal Store, we understand that you might need to return your purchase. Our returns policy is listed below. Please retain your proof of purchase.

Damaged or Faulty Items

It is guaranteed that the print or electronic books you receive from us will be of acceptable quality and match the description and sample provided (in the case of electronic books) in our store.

Print Books

Where a print book has arrived damaged or with a fault, please contact our customer service team through our Contact Us page within 2 business days of the recorded delivery date. 

If a book you received is not what you ordered, we require notification within 5 business days of the recorded delivery date.

Where a print book contains a major failure in relation to the books, you are entitled to one of the following solutions:

1. A refund in relation to the books purchased.

2. A replacement book which is identical or of similar value if reasonably available.

3. A compensation for the drop in value of the books.

Note: We may request your proof of purchase.

If there is a minor failure in relation to the books, we will be happy to send you a replacement.

Electronic Books

Where a purchased electronic book have been received with any faults such as missing pages and/or not matching the description or the sample provided in our store for that specific book, please contact our customer service team through our Contact Us page within 2 business days of the recorded purchase date. 

Where an electronic book contains a major failure in relation to electronic books, you are entitled to one of the following solutions:

1. A refund in relation to the books purchased.

2. A replacement book which is identical or of similar value if reasonably available.

3. A compensation for the drop in value of the books.

Note: We may request your proof of purchase.

If there is a minor failure in relation to the books, we will be happy to provide you with a replacement.

How long will my solution take?

We will make every effort to process claims within 3 business days of receipt.  

In cases where you are to be provided with a refund, please note the below:

1. Any refunds will be processed in 7 to 10 working days.

2. Any credit to your card account may not appear on your credit card statement until a future billing cycle, depending upon your card issuer's procedures.

Items that cannot be returned

Books requested to be returned due to a change in mind and not due to being damaged or faulty unfortunately cannot be returned.

How to return a book?

All you have to do is contact us via email or phone and we are sure to process your claim as soon as possible to arrange a pickup for your items. We will need the following information:

- The book's title you want to return.

- The order number.

- The reason for wanting to return the book.

- Whether you prefer a refund, a replacement book identical or of similar value (if reasonably available), or a compensation for the drop in value of the books.

Note: Returning a book is applicable for books received with major faults (e.g. the print book has arrived damaged, mis-bound, with missing pages, or is not what you ordered).
